Delivery

How fast is delivery in Kuwait?

Most orders arrive within 24 hours, and always within 1–2 days (up to 3 days at the latest). Delivery in Kuwait costs 2 KD, or 4 KD for Sabah Al Ahmed.

Do you ship outside Kuwait?

Yes — we ship to the GCC and worldwide. Delivery takes 2–5 business days and the fee is calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. Any local duties or taxes are paid by the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours at info@emiliokw.com and keep the packaging — we'll make it right and refund the delivery fee too.

Personalisation

How does name embroidery work?

Add the Embroidery option to your bag, pouch or set, write the name you'd like, and we'll embroider it by hand before delivery. Personalised items can't be exchanged or returned.

Returns

Can I exchange or return an item?

You can exchange or return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Drinkware and personalised items are not included. Just email info@emiliokw.com.

Are the lunch boxes and cups safe?

Yes. EmiBox and EmiCup are made with food-grade 304 stainless steel and BPA-free silicone. They're dishwasher safe on the top rack.
