We offer worldwide shipping! Whether you're in Kuwait, the GCC, Europe, Asia, or beyond — Emilio can reach you.

How long does shipping take?

Kuwait: 24–48 hours

GCC countries: 2–3 business days

International orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination, but we’ll always send tracking details once your order ships!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order via WhatsApp or our website.
After this window, your order may already be in process and we won't be able to guarantee changes.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, Emilio is online-only at emiliokw.com.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please update your address within 1 hour via your Order Status page.
After that, we cannot guarantee changes, and Emilio is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

What is your return policy?

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
